Directions

GET IN

A. By plane

The nearest airport is in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. A gift certificate or a taxi-meter budget or from KLIA takes 30 minutes and costs about RM60. Alternatively, you can use the KLIA Transit from the airport to Putrajaya station and transfer to a taxi.

B. train

For public transport the fastest choice for the transit station connecting KLIA Kuala Lumpur Sentral is train to the airport, stopping at halfway between Putrajaya. The trains run every 30 minutes, 20 minutes, and list price is RM 9.50 one way, but the RM15 Putrajaya round trip (valid one month) is more favorable.

Note: Stop KLIA Ekspres services are not in Putrajaya.

C. Taxi

Coupon taxis from Kuala Lumpur KL Sentral fixed costs RM35, will test but otherwise negotiating skills - figure on RM30-50, and expect to pay more at night.

D. Bus

The bus service is scheduled from 6:30 to 10 clock and clock Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Serdang commuter station and Sinar Kota in Kuala Lumpur. The bus fare for one-way ticket costs about RM 3.50 and takes about 30 minutes-hour, depending on the traffic flow. Normally, non-working days if the bus to get Putrajaya will be much faster, but the frequency of the buses will be reduced accordingly.

The new network links Express by KL Rapid KL Sentral to Putrajaya with only RM 5 for an unlimited day pass.

Shuttles to / from KL are offered for guests of the hotel, such as Shangri-La.

GET AROUND

Public transport within Putrajaya is insufficient as long distances, and you need wheels to get around. Off bus Nadiputra putter is probably the station at random times in random directions, but your best bet at KLIA or KL Sentral to inquire about tours. There are also two hours of guided tours at 11:00 and 14:00 clock, leaving the Selera travel Putra, that only a nominal sum for the RM bus.

A. Taxi

Coupon taxis from the station to free transport RM8-10 the most points in Putrajaya. Other taxis are limited, and it is best to book by phone at +60-3-5512-2266. Hotlines other taxi companies are: Radio Taxi at Cyberjaya Putrajaya +60 03 8888 4000 which operates 24 hours. The meter starts running RM4, but taxi drivers are often reluctant to use them. Chartering RM30/hour starts, lower negotiable.

B. By monorail

The construction of the Putrajaya Monorail, has been stopped until the occupation of the base region is higher.
